Design
At Ümlaut Limited, we believe that any successful project starts with a rigorous design process – especially when working with an existing vintage structure. The design process allows us work with our clients to tailor the project to meet their aesthetic desires and budget requirements, while focusing on meshing the new work with the character of the existing structure. We invite our clients to participate in the process as much or as little as they wish. Our architectural design process is led by a licensed architect with 11 years of experience working with historic structures on both commercial and residential projects.
